     5-HTP stands for L-5-hydroxytyptophan which comes from the amino acids tryptophan found in many proteins and the seeds of an African plant known as Griffonia simplicifolia. 5-HTP extra strength provides the amino acid building blocks in the production of serotonin.
     AOR's 5-HTP is derived from the seed of the small shrub tree Griffonia simplicifolia and then processed in France.

Dosage:
Adult: take one capsules three times daily with food or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
