Dosage:
Adults: one-sixteenth to one-quarter teaspoon (=5-20 drops) one to three times per day. Do not drink straight. Dilute one-sixteenth to one-quarter teaspoon with a glass of water or any beverage or food and consume gradually. To help prevent magnesium deficiency add one-quarter teaspoon to a glass of water four times a day.
