With 20% gingerols, St Francis 1:1 ginger fluid extract is made from raw ginger that has been slow milled to avoid the harmful generation of heat and then cold percolated to ensure that the final product retains the full range of medicinal compounds in the plant without compromise to its integrity. Naturopathic practitioners have used it to reduce anxiety. Helps prevent nausea and vomiting associated with motionsickness and/or seasickness. Dosage:
Adults and children 6+ years old: for use against nausea: take a single dose of 0.5 mL (=15 drops) in water 30 minutes before travel and every four hours as necessary. Other uses: take 0.1 mL - 1 mL (=3-30 drops) three times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
