Niacinamide (vitamin B3) ..... 40 mg
Iron (ferrous gluconate) ..... 16 mg
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) (d-pantothenic) ..... 5 mg
Thiamine (vitamin B1) ..... 4.5 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) ..... 3 mg
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) (riboflavin-5-phosphate;
     sodium salt) ..... 2 mg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) ..... 10 mcg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, beef liver (heme iron source), caramel, cherry flavour, citric acid, ethyl alcohol, glycerine, benzoic acid, sucrose, sorbitol.

Dosage:
     Adolescents 12-18 years old: take half ampoule (=5 mL) per day.
     Women >50 years old: take one ampoule (=10 mL) per day.
     Men 18+ years old: take one ampoule (=10 mL) per day.
     Pregnant women: take two ampoules (=20 mL) per day.
     Or take as recommended by a health care practitioner.
     For all age groups take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Can be mixed with juice or water.
