Brand: Celebration
Format: Bulk Tea
Amount: 24 grams
General Product Information:
This handsome shrub has a showy appearance of flowers in June. Native to northern parts of the US and Canada, it grows in rich lowland and wooded areas. In Russia these shrubs are planted in parks as well as home gardens. The red acidic berries resemble low bush cranberries. The berries are used fresh or dried and are sometime used like cranberries. The flowers can be used in a decoction for external used but the bark is normally the part used in herbal medicine.
Herbs mature in wilderness conditions without cultivation. The harvest is random to maintain natural species regeneration.
With this bulk package you can create a cast array of home preparations including tinctures, capsules, poultices, salves, and, of course, herbal tea.
Ingredients: 100% wildcrafted cramp bark (Viburnum opulus)
Directions:
Combine the desired amount of herb with water in a stainless steel or glass pot.
Heat mixture until it is vigorously boiling then cover and let simmer for 10-20 minutes.
When tea has steeped long enough, strain off the herb using a tea strainer or coffee filter and enjoy. Extra tea can be kept in a covered glass jar for a few days in the refrigerator.
