General Product Information:
     Cat's claw is a woody vine found in the tropical rainforests of south and central America. Its name is derived from its claw shaped thorns. Also known as 'una de gato' in Spanish, cat's claw inner bark has been used by the Peruvian natives of the amazon for centuries. Its discovery in 1970 by a scientific expedition has led to its widespread popularity and use.
     With this bulk package you can create a vast array of home remedies including tinctures, capsules, poultices, salves, and, of course, herbal tea.
     Herb has been harvested from wild uncultivated areas and randomly harvested to ensure natural species regeneration.

Ingredients: Cat's claw inner bark (Uncaria tomentosa)

Directions:
     Combine the desired amount of herb with water in a stainless steel or glass pot.
     Heat mixture until it is vigorously boiling then cover and let simmer for 10-20 minutes.
     When tea has steeped long enough, strain off the herb using a tea strainer of coffee filter and enjoy. Extra tea can be kept in a covered glass jar for a few days in the refrigerator.
