     Corksilk is the 'beard' that can be seen on nearly any variety of corn. Corn is known by the botanical name Zea mays but cornsilk is known by the botanical name Stigmata maydis or 'mother's hair'.
     Corn is a staple crop in many cultures but few recognize its herbal benefits.
     Herb is organically grown and prepared ensuring natural taste and active properties are enjoyed in every cup.

Ingredients: Organic cornsilk (Stigmata maydis)

Directions:
     Pour boiling water over the desired amount of herb. Cover and let steep for 10-20 minutes.
     When the tea has steeped long enough, strain off the herb using a tea strainer or coffee filter.
