     Licorice roots have been cultivated for both their flavour and special properties. Also known as 'sweet wood', licorice is harvested when sweetest in its fourth year of growth. Peppermint is known for its clean refreshing flavour and sensation of coolness. It is widely used as a flavouring agent and a fragrant oil.
     Licorice and peppermint combine to complement for a sweet yet refreshing tea without caffeine.

Ingredients: Organic licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), organic peppermint leaf (Mentha x piperita)

Directions:
     This is a delicate herb and the tea is more potent when exposed to high temperatures for a short period of time. To bring forth the herb's true characteristics, be sure your water is a rolling boil when you pour it over your teabags.
     If you're preparing a stronger more robust brew, be sure to use one teabag per cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for 7-12 minutes.
     If you desire a pleasure tea or quick brew, use one teabag per cup of hot water. Pour water over teabags, cover, and let steep 3-5 minutes to taste.
