Medicinal Ingredients - Each Capsule Contains:
Magnesium carbonate (carbonic acid magnesium salt) ..... 140 mg
Aloe (Aloe ferox) (latex)
     (15% (7.2 mg) hydroxyanthracene derivatives
     (barbaloin/aloin)) ..... 48 mg
Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) (leaf) (10:1 4 mg) ..... 0.4 mg
Cumin (Cuminum cyminum) (seed) (5:1 2 mg) ..... 0.4 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, activated charcoal, gelatin, magnesium stearate.

Dosage:
     Adults 18+ years old: take 2-3 capsules once daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
     In case of gastric acidity take 2-3 capsules after a meal.
     For a laxative effect take a single dose at bedtime a few hours before or after taking medication or health products two to three times a week. The frequency of use may be increased to one dose per day if effects are not achieved. Allow 6-12 hours to see the laxative effects.
     For occasional use.
     Consult a health care practitioner if digestive disorders persist or worsen for more than seven days.
